Edward Sisson has more than 22 years of experience, 9 of which were at in the capacity of Director, supporting and driving change for government organizations at the state, county, and municipal levels. He is an accomplished, strategic, and results-oriented Human Resources professional with a broad range of experience in Human Resources management including recruitment and selection, labor relations and complaint resolution, program development and implementation, employee engagement, training and development, wellness, benefit and payroll administration, classification and compensation analysis, performance management, and budgeting. Edward is an active member in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and maintains professional certifications of SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources) and CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist). He also has a Bachelor Degree in majoring in psychology from Troy University, with minors in both business and sociology.
