Layla Mansfield has over ten years of professional experience using sound human resources principles to deliver innovative solutions and services to government agencies, special districts, and non-profits. Dr. Mansfield has expertise across a wide range of HR functions including in recruitment and selection, onboarding and training, classification and compensation, job analysis studies, and test development and administration. Prior to her work with CPS HR, Layla worked in research studying the organizational factors that contribute to employee well-being and engagement. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
