The City of San Jose has selected Andy Lutzky to assume the role of Chief Communications and Marketing Officer. Mr. Lutzky comes to the County previously serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Technology for Edelman. Mr. Lutzky is also an Adjunct Professor at San Jose State University.
Santa Barbara County has selected Rachel Van Mullem to assume the role of County Counsel. Ms. Van Mullem has worked with the County for over 14 years, previously as the County Counsel Manager, and has over 20 years of public law experience.
Contra Costa County has selected Yoga Periasamy to assume the role of Information Systems Division Director - Enterprise Systems. Ms. Periasamy comes to the County previously serving as the Technical Team Lead for California State University. Ms. Periasamy brings over 15 years of technical experience. She will begin in her role on May 24, 2021
South Coast Air Quality Management District has selected Terri Steel to assume the role of Human Resources Manager. Terri comes to the District previously serving as the Senior HR Analyst for the City of Pasadena and brings over 10 years of experience.
City of Missouri City has selected Jennifer Gomez to assume the role of Director of Development Services. Ms. Gomez comes to the City previously serving as the Interim Director of Development Services. She will begin in her role immediately.

Mr. Al-Hindi comes to the Agency previously serving as the Associate Civil Engineer for the City of South Pasadena. He brings over 30 years of engineering experience. He will begin in his role on May 10, 2021.
City of Aztec has selected Paul Eckert to assume the role of City Manager. Mr. Eckert comes to the City previously serving as the Electric Utility Manger for the City of Gridley and brings over 20 years of city management experience. He will begin in his role on May 10, 2021.
Columbia Housing Authority has selected Randy Cole to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cole comes to the Agency previously serving as Housing Programs Manager at the City of Columbia. He will begin in his role on May 3.
Santa Clara County Housing Authority has selected Preston Prince to assume the role of Executive Director. Mr. Prince previously served as executive director and CEO of the Fresno Housing Authority where he helped lead successful homeless programs, established positive partnerships with community organizations and residential developers, and prioritized transparency and ethics. He will start in his role on April 30, 2021.
