Alderwood Water & Wastewater District has selected Ashley Rindero to assume the role of Finance Director. Ms. Rindero comes to the District previously serving as the Assurance Services Director for Clifton Larson Allen, LLP. She will begin in her role on October 5, 2020.
Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District has selected Dale McDonald to assume the role of Administrative Services Manager. Mr. McDonald comes to the District previously serving as the General Manager for Crockett Community Services District. He will begin in his new role on September 28, 2020.
Hayward Area Recreation and Park District has selected Jim Wheeler to assume the role of General Manager. Mr. Wheeler currently serves as the District’s Recreation, Arts and Community Services Director. He has extensive experience in recreation services, arts, aquatics and parks, having dedicated his career for over 30 years to the field. His experience includes management in the City and County of San Francisco, the cities of Oakland and Nevada City, the Greater Vallejo Recreation District, and the Town of San Anselmo. He will begin in his new role on September 30, 2020.

Hayward Area Recreation and Park District has selected Natalie Korthamar Wong to assume the role of Human Resources Manager. Ms. Wong comes to the District previously serving as the Human Resources Director for the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District.
City of Encinitas has selected Christian Gutierrez to assume the role of Housing Services Manager. Mr. Gutierrez comes to the City previously serving as the Director of Housing, Alameda and San Mateo Counties for Abode Services. Mr. Gutierrez has over 7 years of experience working with housing services.
Contra Costa County has selected Maurice Elkins to assume the role of Information Systems Division Director, Technical Services. Mr. Elkins comes to the County previously serving as the Information Technology Manager for Los Angeles County Fire. Mr. Elkins has over 20 years of experience in program/project management for technology projects for several governmental and contracting organizations. He will begin in his role on November 15.
