Ms. Yaezenko has over 20 years in progressive HR leadership roles driving strategy and execution of HR operations for thousands of employees. She will begin in her role on January 2.
City of Bakersfield has selected Luda Fishman to assume the role of Solid Waste Director. Ms. Fishman comes to the City previously serving as the Business Manager for the City's Water Resources Department. Ms. Fishman has been with the City for over 20 years and has prepared and oversaw a $50 million-dollar budget. She will begin in her role on December 26.
City of Cincinnati has selected Teresa Theetge to assume the role of Police Chief. Ms. Theetge was previously serving as the Interim Police Chief for the City. Ms. Theetge has been with the Cincinnati Police Department for over 30 years. She will begin in her role immediately.
The City of East Palo Alto, CA has selected John Le to assume the role of City Attorney. Mr. Lee comes to the City having previously served as the Assistant City Attorney for East Palo Alto. Mr. Le has experience in public law, including land use/planning, affordable housing, and CEQA compliance. He will begin in his role on December 6.
City of South Gate has selected Jon Hamilton to assume the role of Director of Human Resources. Mr. Hamilton comes to the City previously serving as the Director of Administrative Services and Human Resources for City of Montclair. He will begin in his role immediately.
Contra Costa County has selected Nicole Bilich to assume the role of Human Resources Manager. Ms. Bilich's comes to the County previously serving as the Human Resources Site Leader for Amazon. Ms. Bilich’s has over 18 years of Human Resources leadership and management experience positioning Human Resources as a true business partner. She will begin her role immediately.
San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency has selected Aidin Sarabi to assume the role of Capital Programs & Construction Director. Mr. Sarabi comes to the Agency previously serving as the Project Manager, Planning, Design & Construction Division for Bay Area Rapid Transit. Mr. Sarabi has over 18 years of engineering experience with transit, rail and highway/roadway projects and project management experience with diverse agencies. He will begin in his role immediately.
City of San Carlos has selected Andrea Mardesich to assume the role of Assistant Community Development Director. Ms. Mardesich was previously serving as the Principal Planner for the City. Ms. Mardesich has managed the logistics of the Current Planning Division (e.g. budget, contracts, strategic goals, staff and contractor workloads, etc.). She will begin her role immediately.
The City of Flagstaff has selected Shannon Jones to assume the role of Water Services Director. Mr. Jones comes to the City previously serving as the Public Utilities Department Director for City of Sana Fe. Mr. Jones has 26+ years of experience in the operation of utility systems including construction, plant operations and maintenance, transmission and distribution, treatment facility management, regulatory compliance, and divisional operation. He will begin in his role Approximately February 1, 2023.
City of Littleton has selected Tracy Hooker to assume the role of Human Resources Director. Ms. Hooker comes to the City previously serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for University of Colorado. Ms. Hooker has fourteen years of experience in the human resources field, with more than ten years in a leadership role. She will begin in her role on October 10.
Southern California Fair and Events Center has selected Russ Vandenberg to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Vandenberg comes to the Agency previously serving as the General Manager for Seaside Civic and Convention Center. Mr. Vandenberg brings over 35 years of management experience at various venues in Southern California. He will begin in his role immediately.
