Brian has over 25 years of experience in the fields of test development and validation, and data analysis. Prior to rejoining CPS, he was the Licensure Test Development Manager for PSI, a national test development company, where he oversaw the development and maintenance of over 1,800 state and national licensure exams. Brian also worked as a Senior Research Analyst for the Department of Labor and as a Senior Personnel Analyst for the San Francisco Police and Fire Departments developing tests.
