Ms. Bechtold has 19 years of state government experience, including more than 10 years leading department-wide development programs for current and emerging leaders, organizational assessment and employee engagement activities, formal and informal recognition programs, and training design, presentation, and evaluation. Christell is certified to facilitate DiSC Classic 2.0, Everything DiSC, The Leadership Challenge, and the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) 360 Multi-Rater assessment, and is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
