Her specialties are leadership development and helping leaders navigate complex problems - and to determine the right problems to solve.
Janet serves training and coaching organizations as an executive coach, mentor coach, and an instructor. She also delivers internal training programs and facilitation. In her senior leadership role, she led six divisions with a staff of 130+ and her teams directed event for 75 to 3,000 people.
