Kristen Haynie currently serves as CPS Consultant for State Government Services. She is a Public Sector Management Specialist with extensive experience in Human Resources Management, Organization Management, Labor Relations, Contract and Side Letter Negotiations, Grievances and Arbitrations, Discipline Issues, HR Investigations, Classification Projects, Change Management, and Benefits Oversight. Ms. Haynie has represented both management and labor during her career. She held a management position within California state government and human resources technical positions in the private sector and consulting positions for a private sector organization representing state employed scientists, engineers, attorneys and skilled tradespeople.
