Lance has over 21 years of experience as a Training Officer, Training Manager, and Chief Learning Officer for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s Healthcare Services Division. Under his direction, Caltrans Leadership Programs attained nationwide acclaim and worldwide recognition. Lance is an experienced trainer and facilitator who has consulted with managers to find practical solutions to achieve their mission and visions.
