City of Aurora has selected Laura Perry to assume the role of Deputy City Manager. Ms. Perry comes to the City previously serving as the Capital Planning and Programming Director for the City and County of Denver. She will begin in her role on October 13.
Utah Transit Authority has selected Russell Fox to assume the role of Director of Planning. Mr. Fox comes to the Authority previously serving as the Assistant City Manager for Draper City, Utah. Mr. Fox is a certified urban planner with over 25 years of diverse experience in leadership, project management, city planning, government relations, and transportation planning. He will begin in his role on October 11.
City of Oklahoma City has selected Melinda McMillan-Miller to assume the role of Parks and Recreation Director. Ms. McMillan-Miller was previously serving as the Assistant Director. She brings over 20 years of knowledge in leveraging the philosophies and business approaches of the private non-profit sector and melding it with municipal government management. She will begin in her role immediately.
The City of Costa Mesa has selected Scott Drapkin to assume the role of Assistant Development Services Director. Mr. Drapkin comes to the City previously serving as the Planning Manager for the City of Laguna Beach. Mr. Drapkin has over 25 years of community development and municipal government experience. He will begin in his role September 20.
The City of Aurora has selected Peter Schulte to assume the role of Public Safety Attorney. Mr. Shulte comes to the City previously serving as Police Legal Advisor for City of DeSoto, Texas Police Department. He has 20 years of experience, which includes experience as both a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney.
The City of Costa Mesa has selected Ziad Doudar to assume the role of Building Official. Mr. Doudar was previously with the City serving as a Plan Check Engineer. He is an experienced and seasoned Civil Engineer and has over 25 years of experience in Engineering Design and Project Management. He will begin in his role on September 12.
City of San Mateo, CA has selected Matthew Fabry to assume the role of Deputy Director of Public Works. Mr. Fabry comes to the City previously serving as the Director, Countywide Water Pollution Prevention Program for City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County. Mr. Fabry brings 25 years of wastewater and stormwater experience. He will begin in his role on September 7.

Mr. Provost comes to the Authority previously serving as the Vice President of Operations for Modern Railway Systems. Mr. Provost has over 20 years of experience in the transit industry. He will begin in his role on September 3.
City of Durango has selected Ture Nycum to assume the role of Parks & Recreation Director. Mr. Nycum comes to the City previously serving as the Parks & Recreation Director for the City of Fruita, CO. Mr. Nycum has over twenty years of municipal parks and recreation experience, fourteen of which have been at the director level. He will begin in his role on August 30.
Los Alamos County has selected Steven Lynne to assume the role of County Manager. Mr. Lynne comes to the County previously serving as the Deputy County Manager and has been with the County for almost 10 years.
Boulder County, CO has selected Therese Glowacki to assume the role of Parks and Open Space Director. Ms. Glowacki was previously serving as the Manager of the Resource Management Division for Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department. She has over 22 years of experience with the department. She will begin in her role on August 23.
The City of Elk Grove, CA has selected Melissa Rojas to assume the role of Human Resources Director. Ms. Rojas comes to the City previously serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Albany and brings over 10 years of experience. She will begin in her role on August 16.
