City of Rialto has selected Katherine Stevens to assume the role of Director of Finance. Ms. Stevens was previously serving as the Deputy Director of Finance for the City. Ms. Stevens has over 15 years of accounting experience. She will begin in her role immediately.
The State of Colorado, Governor's Office of Information Technology has selected Ray Yepes to assume the role of Chief Information Security Officer. Mr. Yepes comes to the Agency previously serving as the Chief Information Security Officer for Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. He will begin in his role immediately.
The City of Aurora has selected Sara Valencich to assume the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. Ms. Valencich comes to the City previously serving as Manager, Assessment Resource and Support for Denver Public Schools. Ms. Valencich has more than 15 years of experience in leadership, strategic planning, and program management, and has used those skills to further the initiatives of multiple teams and organizations to increase equity and inclusion goals. She will begin in her role in May.
County of Monterey has selected Brette Neal to assume the role of Deputy Director, Social Services - Administrative Services. Ms. Neal has been with the County for over 13 years and previously served as the Departmental Human Resources Manager. She will begin in her role immediately.
City of Apache Junction has selected Rudy Esquivias to assume the role of Development Services Director. Mr. Esquivias was previously serving as the Planning Manager/Zoning Administrator for the City. Mr. Esquivias has been with the City for over 30 years. He will begin in his role on April 23.
City of Tucson has selected Samuel Credio to assume the role of Director of Transportation and Mobility. Mr. Credio comes to the City previously serving as the Deputy Director of Transportation and Mobility for the City of Tucson. Mr. Credio has over 15 years of experience in the design and management of public infrastructure projects.
Imperial County has selected Miguel Figueroa to assume the role of County Executive Officer. Mr. Figueroa comes to the County previously serving as the City Manager for the City of Calexico. Mr. Figueroa brings 15 years of management experience. He will being in his role on April 15.
City of Oklahoma City has selected Scott Fairman to assume the role of Assistant Parks and Recreation Director. Mr. Fairman comes to the City previously serving as the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Arlington, Parks and Recreation. Mr. Fairman has over 20 years of experience in Parks and Recreation. He will begin in his role on April 15.
The City of Oklahoma City has selected Rick Wickenkamp to assume the role of Development Services Director. Mr. Wickenkamp was previously serving as the Development Services Assistant Director. Mr. Wickenkamp has 28 years of experience in local government with 17 years at the executive level. He will begin in his role immediately.
