The City of Fort Worth, TX has selected Kacey Bess to assume the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources. Ms. Bess was previously serving as the Senior Administrative Services Manager for the City of Fort Worth. Ms. Bess has nearly 24 years of professional experience in data analysis, human resources, and project management. She will begin in her role immediately.
Oakland Housing Authority has selected Joe Gray to assume the role of Assistant Director of Finance. Mr. Gray comes to the Agency previously serving as the Debt Administrator for the City of San Jose. He will begin in his role on July 5.
City of Oklahoma City has selected LaShawn Thompson and Jason Ferbrache to assume the role of Assistant City Manager. Ms. Thompson was previously serving as the Director of Municipal Court / Court Administrator for the City of Oklahoma City. Ms. Thompson has been serving the City of Oklahoma City for 23 years. She will begin in her role immediately. Mr. Ferbrache was previously serving as the Director of Public Transportation and Parking for the City of Oklahoma City. Mr. Ferbrache has been serving the City of Oklahoma City for 17 years. He will begin in his role immediately.
Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency has selected Nathan Hale to assume the role of Senior Restoration Ecologist. Mr. Hale comes to the Agency previously serving as the Senior Project Manager for Live Oak Associates, Inc. He will begin in his role on June 28.
The Woodlands Township has selected Angela Branch to assume the role of Director of Human Resources. Ms. Branch comes to the Township previously serving as the Executive Director and Human Resources Director for The Woodlands Methodist Church. Ms. Branch has over 17 years of Human Resources experience. She will begin in her role on June 13.
California Transit Training Consortium has selected Jennifer Carr to assume the role of Executive Director. Ms. Carr comes to the Agency previously serving as the Chief Operations and Advancement Officer for Physicians for Social Responsibility Los Angeles. Ms. Carr has over fifteen years of nonprofit management experience. She will begin in her role on June 13.
Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority has selected Jennifer Vides Hirsch to assume the role of Chief Customer Experience Officer. Ms. Vides Hirsch comes to the Authority previously serving as the Chief Customer Experience Officer for SCRRA. She will begin in her role immediately.
City of Greeley, Greeley Fire Department has selected Christopher Ellmer to assume the role of Division Chief of Operations. Mr. Elmer was previously serving as the Interim Operations Chief. Mr. Ellmer has worked for the City of Greeley for 19 years. He will begin in his role on June 9.
Long Beach Transit has selected Marisol Barajas to assume the role of Manager, Government Relations. Ms. Barajas comes to the Agency previously serving as the District Director for the Office of Assemblymember Patrick O’Donnell. Ms. Barajas has 10 year of experience working with the California State Legislature and a strong interest in intergovernmental relations and advocacy. She will begin in her role on June 1.
Foothill-De Anza Community College District has selected Raymond Quan to assume the role of Vice Chancellor, Human Resources & Equal Opportunity. Mr. Quan comes to the District previously serving as an HR Consultant for QUANCO, LLC. Mr. Quan has over 30 years of HR management experience, including in higher education (Montana State University-Billings, Kern Community College District, Central Wyoming College, Victor Valley College). He will begin in his role on June 1.
