Michael Pickett

FIRST 5 Santa Clara County has selected Michael Pickett to assume the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Mr. Pickett comes to the Agency previously serving as Corporate Human Resources Manager for D&T Imports, Inc. For the past 15-20 years Mr. Pickett has been responsible for EEO investigations, creating EEO policies and developing practices to identify disparities. He will begin in his role on February 28.

Robert Bonner

Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority has selected Robert Bonner to assume the role of Chief People Officer. Mr. Bonner comes to the Agency previously serving as the Interim Director of Human Resources for City of Ceres, CA. Mr. Bonner is an experienced Human Resources executive with more than 10 years of experience in labor relations. He will begin in his role on January 31.
