AC Transit has selected Chris Andrichak to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Andrichak was previously acting as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for AC Transit. He will begin in his role in March 2021.

Ms. Minnich comes to the Agency previously serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. She will begin in her role in March 2021.
City of Scottsdale, AZ has selected Benjamin Lane to assume the role of City Clerk. Mr. Lane comes to the City previously serving as the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Phoenix, AZ. He will begin in his role on March 8, 2021.
Montgomery County, MD has selected Jennifer Harling to assume the role of Chief Labor Relations Officer. Ms. Harling comes to the County most recently serving as the Assistant Counsel for Negotiations for the National Treasury Employees Union. She will begin in her role on March 3, 2021.
City of Marysville has selected Jim Schaad to assume the role of City Manager. For the past 18 years, Mr. Schaad has served in progressively responsible roles with the City of Fresno, culminating in his final role with the City as Assistant City Manager for the past 2.5 years. Prior to his service with Fresno, Mr. Schaad spent 16 years providing management and technical leadership with private sector manufacturing companies. He will begin in his role on March 1, 2021.
City of Ontario, CA has selected Jennifer McLain Hiramoto to assume the role of Economic Development Director. Ms. McLain Hiramoto comes to the City previously serving as the Acting Assistant Director, Community Development for the City of Glendale, CA. She will begin in her role on February 22, 2021.
City of League City has selected Cara Davis to assume the role of Assistant Director of Project Management. Ms. Davis comes to the City previously serving as Senior Project Manager for the City of Pearland's Engineering & Capital Project Department. Ms. Davis has 14 years of diverse municipal project and construction management experience. She will begin in her role on February 15.
County of Riverside, CA has selected Jeffrey Van Wagenen to assume the role of County Executive Officer. Mr. Van Wagenen has been with the County of Riverside for over 10 years. He will begin in his role on February 10, 2021.
City of Colton has selected Brian Dickinson to assume the role of Public Works & Utility Services Director. Mr. Dickinson comes to the City previously serving as the General Manager - Water Department for the City of Compton. He will begin in his role on February 8, 2021.
City of San Bernardino has selected Barbara Whitehorn to assume the role of Director of Finance. Ms. Whitehorn comes to the City previously serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Asheville, NC. She will start in her role on February 1, 2021.
Orange County Social Service Agency has selected Jyothi Atluri to assume the role of Division Director. Ms. Atluri has been part of the OC SSA team for over 20 years. She will begin in her role on January 29, 2021.
City of Carson, CA has selected Eliza Jane Whitman to assume the role of Director of Public Works. Ms. Whitman is bringing more than 29 years of experience in engineering, construction of major water, transportation, environmental, energy and infrastructure projects for international federal, state and local agencies as well as private utilities and developers in the United States, Europe and Asia. She will begin in her role on January 25, 2021.
